Ergonomic Handle
It comes with four different replacement 'V' shaped heads which partially surround the tooth to help in elevation or loosening of the tooth. This set also includes 2 extensions (straight and offset) for extending the length of the handle and providing more angles to access required segments of the teeth.
The complete burgess set comes with an addition of wolf tooth forceps and a straight ergonomic handle elevator.

Shipping is FREE to Canada and U.S. for orders over $125.00.
A flat rate shipping cost of $11.99 applies to Canadian orders under $125.00.
A flat rate shipping cost of $15.99 applies to the U.S. orders under $125.00.
International Customers (except U.S. Customers)
We accept international orders. However, because of different international shipping rates, we will send you a shipping rate quote after your order is received. we will process your order once the shipping quote is accepted and paid by the customer.
